I finally finished one of my projects!

Well, I finally sat down and finished something. I crocheted another hat! This one is less wintery so I can wear it during spring. I like it pretty well. Although, I am thinking about making it into a radar cap just for fun. We'll see. I also tried to post a picture of my hat but my lack of computer knowledge has prevented me from doing so. I need to talk to Heather, She's better with computers.

My Lovely Felted Purse!

I'm finally posting a picture of my finished felted bag. I really like the way it came out. I added a sparklie pin for some flair. I actually finished it about 2 weeks ago, but I never got around to taking a picture of it. Do you like my spaztic posing? Thanks to my Chris for his photography skills. Also: Happy Valentine's Day everybody!Posted by Hello

Little Baby Socks

My friend Leanna just had her second baby, a little boy named Caden! I made these little socks for him and she just received them. I waited to post this until I was sure she got them because I know she looks at this site. She reports that they fit perfectly, and I'm so excited! They are a mini version of the socks I made myself using douple pointed needles. Congrats to Leanna and Aaron on their new arrival!! -Heather Posted by Hello

I meddling with some crocheting. I'm making these Granny Squares to make an afgan. I think I'm going to get some black to do the edges before I sew them together. The yarn I'm using was given to me by my boyfriend's roommate's mother. Does that make sense? Haha. Well it was really nice of her. There are all kinds of different colored worsted yarn, perfect for my tacky granny square afgan. Its going to take me forever to finish this, but its fun since there is a sense of achievement in every one I finish. I found a neat site with patterns for different styles of squares. Check it out: http://home.inreach.com/marthac/6squares.html . Some of the links don't work, but most do. I haven't actually tried making one of them. I plan to though. Okay hooray for afgans!!! --Heather Posted by Hello
